my Smudge Wand keeps burning out

Before lighting your smudge wand, use your fingers to gently squeeze and massage the entire smudge smudge, this process helps aerate the herbs and release their aromatic fragrances. Don’t worry if a few loose herbs fall out.

Use a candle flame or jet lighter, (some clients choose their gas stove) to light the smudge wand. Light the entire end of your wand with your flame, allow up to 1 minute for the stick to smoulder. Blowing gently onto the smouldering end will increase the burning process and produces more smoke. “click into Video Link”

If your smudge wand keeps going out, careful insert a bamboo skewer or a knitting needle into the top or threw the longest part of the wand, wiggle the skewer/needle around a few times. This method helps loosen up the tightly packed herbs. Remove the skewer/needle then continue to relight your wand. “click into Video Link”
