Please choose wisely on your purchases as we are unable to accept returns or refunds ie: -

1. if you got what you asked for, but simply changed your mind

2. found the same or similar product cheaper somewhere else.

3. decided you did not like the purchase.

4. had no use for it.

5. you misused the product in a way that contributed to the concerning issue.

YES, we can ship to clients who live outside of Australia. Shipping prices are subject to size of the order, weight and country of destination.

Australia post will deliver your parcel directly to door, if you’re not available, or if your parcel needs a signature, and/or there’s no safe place to leave it, the courier will take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. You will receive a missed delivery notification (in your letter box or left at your front door) so you can pick your parcel in person. Your parcel will be kept at your local Post Office for up to 10 business days, before it gets returned to sender.

With Good Intentions is NOT responsible to replace or refund your parcel if it is missing or is stolen after Australia post has stated the parcel has been delivered.

With Good Intentions is NOT responsible to Replace or Refund you if your parcel is confirmed lost or is damaged while in the care of Australia Post. With Good Intentions will endeavour to seek adequate compensation from Australia Post directly on your behalf.
